To create wholeness and well-being I use a technique that will allow you, the client, to decide what it is you really need in the way of healing at this time.
Often people are told about a treatment by others or they have read about it and want to try it out for themselves. But sometimes they are not really sure whether this particular treatment is the one that will help them the most. This also applies to being given a treatment as a gift by someone who means well and has achieved personal benefit from it, but the results may not be the same for you. So unless somebody is very certain on what they want or need, I ask the person coming for an initial consultation to finely attune their consciousness to their own body wisdom.
At the beginning of the first visit, after I have taken some details, I ask you to be seated, fully clothed and will then scan your body with my hands using my intuitive 'tuning-in' technique. This takes about 20 minutes and in most cases it will become clear which treatment(s) would be most beneficial at this particular time.
Some techniques can be mixed and matched, for instance a facial massage and reflexology can create a perfect balance for a stressed mind and weary body and the session can actually be tailor made according to what is needed at the time.

The practice is conveniently based in central Slough, East Berkshire. We are in a quiet, beautiful conservation area and within easy reach of Maidenhead, Windsor, Uxbridge, Marlow, Bracknell, Staines and Gerrards Cross. Off street parking is always available.
